Some of my fondest memories involve growing up around that restaurant, where I was introduced to the art of the aperitif and elegant dining. It was not long before I gained an appreciation for the fact that good food simply brings out the best in people.
I don't pretend to be a chef, I am merely a housewife with a knack for getting things done in the kitchen. It is my hope to share those mealtime traditions that have been instilled in me as a young girl growing up peeling garlic and polishing silverware at the family restaurant.
